Terms of Service

These draft terms describe the intended Invoice Wzrd service terms before production launch. They are provided for OAuth consent setup, customer review, and launch readiness.

Service

Invoice Wzrd provides invoice and receipt capture, classification, review, approval, and export workflows. Capture channels may include mailbox OAuth, upload, forwarding aliases, and WhatsApp. The service is offered as a multi-tenant SaaS product.

Accounts and Trials

Trial accounts receive seven days of Business feature access without a credit card and are limited to one connected mailbox. Paid plans include invoice-volume and mailbox limits shown during signup. Enterprise limits may be agreed separately.

Customer Data

Customers remain responsible for the documents, mailbox access, business records, and export destinations they configure. Invoice Wzrd processes customer data to provide the service and to maintain security, auditability, and support.

Acceptable Use

Customers may not use Invoice Wzrd to process unlawful content, bypass access controls, attack third-party systems, upload malicious files, or connect mailboxes they are not authorized to access.

Payments and Taxes

Paid subscriptions are charged through hosted payment provider flows. Invoice Wzrd does not collect or store card numbers. Israeli tax receipt and invoice-receipt workflows will be handled through approved provider integrations before production launch.

Availability and Changes

Development and test environments may change frequently. Production service levels, support terms, and final legal terms will be published before commercial launch.
